HOMEOWNER WILDLIFE AUTHORITY

Professional Wildlife Inspections That Put Homeowners First

Every inspection is built around education, transparency, and finding the root cause—not selling fear.

A CLEAR, EDUCATION-FIRST APPROACH

Our 8-Step Inspection Process

Wildlife problems can feel overwhelming. Our process is designed to show you what is happening, why it is happening, and what choices are available before you make a decision.

01

Before We Arrive

We confirm the appointment, learn about your concerns, review any photos you provide, and explain what to expect.

02

Exterior Inspection

We inspect the roofline, soffits, fascia, vents, chimney, foundation, utility penetrations, landscaping, and likely animal travel routes.

03

Interior Inspection

When appropriate, we inspect attics, crawlspaces, garages, and other accessible areas for evidence of wildlife activity.

04

Wildlife Identification

We use tracks, droppings, nesting materials, entry points, damage patterns, sounds, and behavior to identify the likely species involved.

05

Photo Documentation

We document active entry points, damage, contamination, animal evidence, and areas that may require repair or protection.

06

Education First

We explain what the animal is doing, why it chose the home, what risks may exist, and which solutions are appropriate.

07

Customized Protection Plan

Your recommendations may include trapping, one-way devices, sealing, sanitizing, insulation restoration, and warranty options when appropriate.

08

Clear Options—No Pressure

You receive transparent recommendations, pricing, time to ask questions, and the information needed to make a confident decision.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

A complete picture—not just one obvious opening

Wildlife often uses more than one route into a structure. A careful inspection considers visible entry points, potential entry points, evidence inside the home, conditions that attract animals, and any damage already present.
